5. Payment Terms

- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless extended
- Additional work outside scope may incur extra charges
Payment Schedule
- Payment terms will be specified in each project agreement
- Typical schedule: 50% deposit, 50% on completion
- Larger projects may have milestone-based payments
- Monthly services billed in advance
Late Payments
- Late payment fees may apply after 30 days
- Services may be suspended for overdue accounts

7. Website Hosting and Maintenance
Hosting Services
- 99.9% uptime guarantee (excluding scheduled maintenance)
- Regular backups (daily for most plans)
- SSL certificates included
- Basic security monitoring
Maintenance
- Software updates and security patches
- Performance monitoring and optimisation
- Basic technical support during business hours
- Additional maintenance available for extra cost
Service Interruptions
We may temporarily suspend services for:
- Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)

- Non-payment of fees
- Violation of terms of service
8. Warranties and Limitations
